Rich Franklin Injured, To Miss Upcoming UFC PPV

Whether the fight was confirmed or not, it's now off
MMA Junkie reported earlier this week that Rich Franklin has been sidelined with a torn meniscus in his right knee.
Franklin had been rumored to fight Travis Lutter at UFC 82 in March, although he personally denied such a fight was on the books.
The MMA Junkie report added that Franklin will undergo surgery in early January and hopes to make his Octagon return in June.
Anderson Silva vs. Dan Henderson is slated to headline the March UFC 82 pay-per-view.
