Spears to supposedly make another guest appearance
Britney Spears' guest stint on "How I Met Your Mother" as an assistant with a crush on lead character Ted Mosby helped the CBS sitcom score its highest rating ever. The singer will reportedly make another appearance.
PEOPLE cites a source close to the show who says Spears will do one more episode of the critically-acclaimed sitcom.
“The show is ecstatic and so is Britney,” the source said. “She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more.”
Neither the show's studio nor CBS has officially confirmed the return appearance.
